Check the inclusion list with your quotation. Specialist carpet extraction, upholstery, exterior windows, rubbish removal and repair work are not automatically part of a tenancy clean. Deposit decisions also depend on matters beyond cleaning.

The clean is best arranged after personal belongings have been removed. Tell us about any furniture remaining so we can agree access and the scope.
How long will the clean take?
It depends on the size, condition and agreed tasks. We provide an estimate with the quotation, and larger or heavily used properties may need more than one day.
What if an included area needs attention afterwards?
Contact HCME promptly with details and photographs. If a concern relates directly to cleaning included in the original booking, we will review it under our re-clean arrangements. Please confirm the applicable terms with your quotation.
